Everyone around here has a name. The first hummingbird at the feeder is Sippy, and sometimes Zippy joins them. The pileated woodpeckers are Peaches and Herb. I’ve been working on the barn for most of August — still sorting through many items from our moves from Savannah and Asheville. A lot of items were left behind from the previous owner of our property as well, so I’m very excited for the dumpster that will be arriving in a few days.…
