Minimum Enrollment

Workshop / class viability will be determined, at latest, 48 hours from the start date. If minimum participant enrollment is not reached, full refunds will be given.

Cancelations

If a participant cancels a workshop / class with more than 48 hours’ notice, a full refund will be given.

If a participant cancels a workshop / class with less than 48 hours’ notice, they can elect one of these options:

• Request a refund minus $25 (to help support the workshop / class to run with fewer participants)
• Apply the payment to a future workshop / class of any offering (good for one year from original workshop / class offering date)

Inclement Weather

In the event of a one-day workshop that primarily takes place outdoors being deemed unsafe due to weather, a participant can elect one of these options:

• Request a full refund
• Apply the payment to a future workshop of any offering (good for one year from original workshop offering date)

A class that takes place outdoors and is part of a meeting sequence will be rescheduled according to participant availability.
