Overview
The Experimental Photo Kitchen plans to offer group classes and workshops out of a walkout basement kitchen (hence, our name). While based in the kitchen and an adjacent meeting area, instruction will mainly take place outdoors at a sink in a covered area. We will cover a variety of techniques including:
- 35mm and medium format film development (D-76 black and white, with C-41 color in the future)
- Chemigrams
- Cyanotype
- Lumen printing / cyanolumens
- Anthotype
- Traditional darkroom printing, 35mm through large format (upcoming with facility expansion)
- Pinhole photography (upcoming with facility expansion)
Private Darkroom Instruction

Bridget offers private instruction in the current one-person darkroom for processing silver gelatin prints. This also can include an introduction to experimental techniques such as composite printing, solarization, toning, selective development, and chromoskedasic sabattier.
